Commitment?
I have commitment issues. It's becoming more and more obvious to me. My situation with him (we'll come him Transition) and buying a new car put the issue right in my face. When it comes down to commitment I always make the noun(s) less valuable. I choose to stick to what's comfortable for me. Please tell me someone else can relate to a degree

I can definitely relate. But I found that my commitment issues came from what I call "Buyers Remorse". I am using this term ambiguously. I didn't want to put the energy into something and then see something else come along and regret "buying" or "buying into" what I currently have.
But I can say that I have graduated because in time comes a wearing down of your standards and an enlightening of finding that perfect thing for you. I remember buying my car after researching. Many people told me that I should be buying this or that. I bought what I wanted and that made the issue null for me. I still have my car.
I say that to say, learn to find what makes you happy and don't worry about what others think or say. You will find that by following this rule that your "commitment issue" really isn't an issue at all. Just follow your heart.
Words from a former commitment phobe.
